Indonesian Education Face Now and The Challenges Asian Economic Community AEC

Education sector as a pedestal base to empower the people of Indonesia in realizing the objectives of this nation, social justice actually very far from justice. Instead of realizing social welfare, the opportunity to access education is still very little.

The condition of education in Indonesia today, so in away from the substance of the purpose of education in the 1945 Constitution mandate that is, the intellectual life of the nation. It can be seen from all aspects relating to education, such as the commercialization of education, education as labor supply and labor-cheap labor, education submitted on free market mechanisms, and education as a field of industrialization. It can not be separated from the policies of the government in regulating the national education system that is not oriented to the interests of society.

Displayed in a variety of policies that are not pro-people like BHMN Law, Education Law, Company Law etc. The output of these policies are still not able to eradicate the people of Indonesia in his rights to get free education and scientific. 1. Komersilisasi Education
